The extraction of coral stones, the first process in the production of slabs, starts with a machine sword-type that grids the quarry leaving to the standard list of the blocks. To complete this work, it is served by high capacity compressors, diamond wire cutting machines and two caterpillar type tractors. A 30-ton bridge crane moved the blocks to the store and then placed on the ferries of the machines processing blocks for processing.

BCS has a 80 machine loom slats and 3 blocks cutting machines to ensure a monthly production of 15 thousand square meters approximately. For the processing of the plates, there is the strawberry Bridge machine with capacity for four thousand square metres per month. While for strips, there are 4 machines: multidisk, Monodisc 1, Monodisc 2 and strawberry flag for a potential production monthly 6 square metres approximately.
